Interview Process
Our interview process is reasonably simple. Your resume is reviewed to see which role within the company will best fit you. We almost always follow up with a coffee as resumes can only say so much!
We will then normally conduct a 3-4hr casual interview onsite to determine the specifics. This is less of an interview and more of a face to face meeting to see whether you will fit into the culture of the company.
It is not uncommon for us to accept applicants that don't have relevant experience but have expressed willingness and capability to learn.
